Bulbenko Construction

Founded in 2007, Bulbenko Construction works within the public and private sectors on both commercial and residential properties.

We are a family-run business based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands. But our reach is across the UK. our projects range from substantial house extensions and full house renovations / new builds to more extensive commercial developments, structural refurbishments, and civil engineering sites.

Our close-knit and multi-talented staff collectively worked on various build projects which have led to the formation of the Bulbenko Construction Company.

In 2014 the company became incorporated under the name of Insulplast Ltd, which subsequently went on to insulate over 700 houses under the government energy saving scheme. Since then, we have taken on larger projects with some of the biggest
companies in the UK to include:

Full refurbishment on a substantial building.

Civil works on new development of 12 new houses based in Telford, Shropshire.

Civil and Structural Works in large shopping centres such as The Oracle (Reading, U.K), Intu Shopping Centre (Milton Keynes, U.K), Intu (Nottingham) and Festival Place (Basingstoke).

The business has been rapidly evolving, and we are now a well-respected nationwide building and construction company.

In 2018 the company adopted the trading name as ‘Bulbenko Construction’ to reflect this growth and our family heritage.

With our refreshed branding, our continued success and with a diverse and skilled work-force, we are looking forward to a bright future.
